This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of customer data.
Machina does not collect, store, or persist confidential client data such as user IDs or other personal identifiable information. To the extent that we do store customer data such as requirements and design documents related to client projects, storage of those items is governed as follows:
- Client data is required to be stored under the defined client SharePoint project site. Client SharePoint sites are managed/controlled by the assigned Director. The Director determines who can access the site and data.
- Client data may not be stored on personal OneDrive accounts or local laptops. The only exception to this is in the case where it impedes temporary development, configuration, or testing, e.g., needing to move a file locally for performance reasons.
- If needing to share client or sensitive data with the client, the Machina Secure SharePoint Portal is required.
- Client data is not to be stored in any other capacity.
